As a busy mother of four, I have little time to spare on the average day. My feet hit the floor running, usually before the sun is up. Over the past few years, I’ve had people ask me how I do what I do. “How do you keep your house so neat?” or “Tell me how you get what you do accomplished!” I often don’t know how to respond, as I haven’t always been as productive or efficient as I am in this season of life. But these questions really got me thinking.
There are some days that are HARD and I feel as if I get very little accomplished. The mornings after I’ve been up with the baby five times through the night are rocky. Sickness comes. Interruptions are normal. However, I have found that when I am continually working to be more efficient and streamline our daily routines, my stress level decreases and I am able to get more accomplished.
